What makes your toilet paper eco-friendly?
We offer toilet paper made from 100% recycled paper or forest-friendly bamboo. No trees are harmed, and we don't use any scents, dyes, or inks in our production process.
How does your donation model work?
We donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world. To date, we have donated millions of pounds to global sanitation partners.
How much does shipping cost in the UK?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over £20. For orders under £20, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every 8 or 12 weeks) to ensure you never run out of rolls. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Absolutely. Our rolls are individually wrapped in colorful, recyclable paper to keep them hygienic, and we ship them in cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our customer service team to arrange the return.
